Bellevue Residence

This Bellevue home is a fine example of the design-build process that LZL offers. The project scope was a remodel with a garage and bonus room addition. The’70s exterior was transformed with cedar siding, stone veneer, and a metal roof. Large cedar beams and columns were used at the entry to give it a northwest style and make it a neighborhood delight. In the interior the painted moldings were replaced with natural cherry trims, The main bathroom and powder were renovated, as well as the office and laundry.  Let’s start designing your project today.
