Phinney Ridge Remodel

This home originally had two decks on the north side of the home which didn’t receive much sun or use. By adding walls and roof, these decks were utilized to increase the floor area of the Kitchen and Master suite. On the main level a powder room was also squeezed in on this Seattle home.
